MEANING: 

~Peony: Known as the ‘king of the flowers’, the peony is a symbol of royalty and virtue. It is also called the ‘flower of wealth and honour’ (fuguihua 富貴花) and is widely used to represent wealth and honour.

~Merlion:Its name combines "mer", meaning "the sea" and "lion". Merlion is the national symbol of the city-state of Singapore. It is depicted as a mythical creature with a lion's head and the body of a fish.
